Parrett Paper is a product line of The Out-Source which is a division of the Rochester Rehabilitation Center.

The Rochester Rehabilitation Center is a not-for-profit agency governed by a community board of directors. It is accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and is certified by the New York State Office of Mental Health and U.S. Department of Labor.
The Rehab Center has provided physical, mental health and vocational rehabilitation services to people with disabilities since 1919. The Out-Source division provides training and transitional employment opportunities for disabled and other disadvantaged people.

The Out-Source offers a full range of capabilities in areas of binding, packaging, recycling, and manufacturing. Strict quality control procedures are in place to ensure careful and accurate completion of each job. Last year The Out-Source was audited by Eastman Kodak for performance quality.
Included in Kodak's findings was an observation that, "The Out-Source is a highly effective, well-managed organization committed to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement."
